Test Adapters

We produce standard modules for open / short test, push-back modules, leakage test modules and special solutions as well. For more flexible applications, we design and manufacture according to the customer request.

Push Back

Are used for the connectors when a “Catch test” is necessary. In this case, a defined force is applied to the stop parts in order to check correct seating inside the connector or to check that the connector is locked in position.

Pull System

Performing assembly wire pull test on terminals without using the correct fixtures and methods could lead to inaccurate results. The Pull System is the ideal solution for pull test, this product is also a guide and tester for the assembly of wiring harness.

Hand Adapter

This product should always be used, when reliable, fast and easy electrical connections must be made. The hand adapters are designed individually for each application and distinguish themselves through longevity and sturdiness.

Leak Test

Some automotive connectors have a seal to avoid the corrosion, in some cases this seal needs to be tested, we offer leak testers solutions for small and large volume applications, applying pressure decay, mass flow, vacuum and more.
